EDUCATION FOR THE RICH?
Norway's new Tuition Fee Policy

Norway joins the list of other Scandinavian countries to introduce tuition fees for international students from Non-EU Countries. This means that a wide category of students from both rich and poor countries will be affected.
Tuition fees risks decreasing the number of international student enrolment. Estimates from some of the Universities show an average fee of between 125,000- 180,000 NOK per year in addition to a subsistence deposit. At this point, there seems to be no going back.
